Our BUILD Mentoring Program provides top-quality leadership and professional development for individuals who are seeking to make a greater impact on their organization and community. This program is ideal for talented emerging leaders who are seeking opportunities to focus on their own development in order to grow as a leader.
MENTORS are able to provide MENTEES with:
- Leadership, management and communications skills;
- The ability to recognize opportunities for career development and advancement;
- Improved professional networking and interaction;
- Creating a work/life balance and refining a sense of purpose to make a greater impact

PROGRAM DETAILS
Assessment and Coordination
- In depth leadership assessment tools used to establish mentor/mentee relationship
- A professional leadership assessment with analysis
- Consultants trained in leadership assessment and development
Mentoring
- One-on-one mentoring from accomplished professional for duration of program (minimum of 12 one-hour sessions)
- Access to a network of peers that establishes working relationships and provides opportunities for professional development
Resources
- Tools for collaboration with other Mentoring Program participants
- BUILD Training process and manual
- Recommended reading and articles on the latest issues in leadership
Outcomes
Participants in this program will:
- Grow as leaders;
- Enhance their competencies
- Gain access to tools and resources to advance as a leader in community and career
