Florida's Governor Regulations

- Walton County beaches are open to the public, although there are restrictions in place. Learn more here.
- Florida restaurants can operate at 100 percent capacity by order of the governor. Limited social distancing measures may be in place and staff may be wearing masks or other protective equipment.
- By order of the governor, bars, pubs and nightclubs may operate at full capacity with limited social distancing protocols.
- Effective Sept. 25, retailers, gyms and other businesses may operate at full capacity as long as they follow appropriate sanitation practices.
